Germaine(Co-Founder/Program Director), proud father of 7, is the former director of The Rosewood Initiative and a long-time football, basketball coach, and referee. He is a graduate of Portland's Jefferson High School. Germaine and family currently reside in Portland's RockWood neighborhood.
